Pressure Cooker Black Beans

Ingredients
- 7 cups water
- 1 lb dried black beans
- 1 onion
- 1 bouquet garni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Equipment
- Pressure cooker
Instructions
- Combine water, black beans, bouquet garni, onion, salt and olive oil and stir together in pressure cooker.
- Cook on high (2 atmospheres) for 40 minutes. Take off heat and allow to depressurize naturally.
- Remove lid, add balsamic vinegar and stir in.
