Mongolian Beef Noodles

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1.5 lbs Flank steak
  • 30 ml Light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • .5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch

Stir fry mix

  • 8 oz Protein spaghetti
  • 1 bunch Green onions
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • .5 Red onion

Sauce

  • 20 ml Dark soy sauce
  • 20 ml Light soy sauce
  • .5 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions

  • Cut beef on bias and marinate in marinade for 30 minutes
  • Use cooking spray and cook beef until browned
  • Remove beef. Add garlic, whites of green onion, and red onion
  • Cook until fragrant. Add sauce ingredients.
  • Add cornstarch slurry
  • Add back beef and cooked noodles
