  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt


  • Mix dry ingredients together and add most water, mix and add water until it has the consistency of tacky pizza dough.
  • Let rest for 30-60 minutes
  • Divide into 6 pieces and roll out on floured surface thin (tortilla thickness)
  • Heat up a cast iron pan. Spray a bit of oil on the bread and cook until golden brown in spots, flip, and cook until done.
