- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Mix dry ingredients together and add most water, mix and add water until it has the consistency of tacky pizza dough.
- Let rest for 30-60 minutes
- Divide into 6 pieces and roll out on floured surface thin (tortilla thickness)
- Heat up a cast iron pan. Spray a bit of oil on the bread and cook until golden brown in spots, flip, and cook until done.
