Mongolian Beef Noodles

Ingredients
Marinade
- 1.5 lbs Flank steak
- 30 ml Light soy sauce
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- .5 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Stir fry mix
- 8 oz Protein spaghetti
- 1 bunch Green onions
- 4 cloves Garlic
- .5 Red onion
Sauce
- 20 ml Dark soy sauce
- 20 ml Light soy sauce
- .5 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions
- Cut beef on bias and marinate in marinade for 30 minutes
- Use cooking spray and cook beef until browned
- Remove beef. Add garlic, whites of green onion, and red onion
- Cook until fragrant. Add sauce ingredients.
- Add cornstarch slurry
- Add back beef and cooked noodles
