Paleo Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 4 cups keto pizza sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Add all the ingredients except the sauce to a bowl and blend well with your hands.
- Heat a large skillet on medium high heat.
- Form and shape the meatballs with your hands.
- Cook the meatballs in the skillet for 5 minutes.
- Flip the meatballs and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Pour 2 cups of pizza sauce on the bottom of the baking dish (9×13).
- Transfer the meatballs to the baking dish and pour the remaining sauce on top of the meatballs.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve. Enjoy!
