Pan Fried Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • lb tilapia filets, frozen (about 4-6)

Instructions

  • Thaw frozen fillets in the package, in a bowl of warm water or sink for approx 10 minute
  • Meanwhile combine spices in a bowl or a ziploc bag.
  • Dip/shake thawed Tilapia in spices and pan fry in butter on medium for approx 4 min each side.
