- 2 large yellow onions
- 2 lb chili meat (I use ground venison)
- 2.5 oz Fiesta Quick Chili Mix (1/2 the bottle)
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp corn starch (or 1/2 tsp xantham gum)
- 3 (14oz) cans of diced tomatoes
- olive oil
- Chop onion and sweat down in oil.
- Add meat and brown
- Add tomatoes & juice, quick chili mix, ground cumin, and corn flour. Simmer as long as possible, at least one hour.
