Salmon and Broccoli

Yield 2 servings


  • 1 lb salmon fillets unskinned and cut into 2 portions
  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 2 tsp house seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon


  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (don't do foil, doesn't work out well).
  • Cut broccoli and place in bowl, mix with oil and seasoning.
  • Place salmon on baking sheet and surround with broccoli. Top the fish with minced garlic and drizzle with oil. Next, sprinkle the fish with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper. Finally, top with slice of lemon.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
