Salmon and Broccoli
Yield 2 servings
- 1 lb salmon fillets unskinned and cut into 2 portions
- 1 lb broccoli
- 2 tsp house seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (don't do foil, doesn't work out well).
- Cut broccoli and place in bowl, mix with oil and seasoning.
- Place salmon on baking sheet and surround with broccoli. Top the fish with minced garlic and drizzle with oil. Next, sprinkle the fish with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper. Finally, top with slice of lemon.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
