Pressure cooker
Instructions
Combine water, black beans, bouquet garni, onion, salt and olive oil and stir together in pressure cooker.
Cook on high (2 atmospheres) for 40 minutes. Take off heat and allow to depressurize naturally.
Remove lid, add balsamic vinegar and stir in.
